BUILDING & STRUCTURE DEMOLITION services

Hulcher Resources is experienced in the demolition of buildings and structures at rail yards, along the right-of-way and on industrial properties separate from the railroad.

Our professionals can demolish an oil station, sand tower, grain silo, railroad bridge, signal tower or other structure, breaking down the building and recycling or moving the materials to the appropriate landfill. We also do asphalt demolition, utility pole removal as well as the removal, demolition and disposal of concrete parking blocks.

In addition to demolishing buildings and structures, Hulcher is also experienced in removing above-ground storage tanks or underground storage tanks for diesel or other fuels which are often located on-site. HRI's crews can perform fuel and oil storage tank removal from the location as part of the overall demolition process.

Our crews are experienced professionals who are certificated to work for all Class I railroads. They are trained and approved to work at rail yards and along the right-of-way, allowing them to perform demolition projects without causing disruptions to normal operations. Our crews work closely with the railroad's signals crews to remove these structures.

Since 1963 our railroad and industry customers have placed their confidence in Hulcher Services and Hulcher Resources for a wide range of services. When you're ready to start your next demolition project, call Hulcher Resources today at 888-503-3383 to speak with one of our experienced Environmental Project Managers.

Often the overall impact of an emergency incident, demolition of a tank or building, grain bin disaster or natural disaster is not fully known until the site has been cleared. Whether removing damaged cars, collecting spilled grain or demolishing structures, site restoration is an essential piece of any job. For over 20 years, Hulcher Resources has worked with our customers to minimize the impact of these events on the nearby environment to maintain the local habitats of birds, fish, and other vital species.

As part of our project plan, Hulcher assesses the site topography, possible issues with runoff and its impact on the surface water/water table and on the surrounding soil. We use this information to identify what services are needed to accomplish that goal.

These services include but are not exclusive to:

  • Excavation and Import/Backfill of Sub Grade and Topsoil
  • Grading, Disking and Re-vegetation
  • Road Restoration
  • Culvert Repair and Installation
  • Wetland Restoration
  • Fence Restoration and Installation

Our crews are ready 24/7/365 when and where you need us. Call Hulcher at 888-503-3383 today to speak with one of our Field Support Specialists.
